How it works

Four steps. About a week.

01

Book

Pick a call time. Your slot holds the review on my calendar.

02

Upload your bids

PDFs or phone photos, plus anything the builders sent with them — drawings, equipment lists, the contract if you have it.

03

I review them

You get the written review by email before the call, so you can read it first.

04

Up to 60-minute call

We go line by line. Bring your spouse and your questions. You leave knowing what to ask and what to push on.

This is for you if

  • You have two or three bids and they don't line up
  • You're about to sign and want a second set of eyes
  • A number feels off and you can't say why
  • You're buying a home with a pool, or remodeling one

What it isn't

  • Not legal advice — have an attorney in your state review the contract terms
  • Not an engineering or site inspection
  • Not a recommendation of a specific builder — the choice stays yours
  • Not a guarantee of price or outcome

I'm opening a limited number of reviews each week. The review is $595, flat. Join the list and you'll get the booking link first — before it's announced anywhere else.

Bid review questions

I only have one bid. Is it still worth it?

Yes. I'll tell you what's missing from it and what to ask before you get the next two.

Do you review fiberglass and concrete pools?

Both. Gunite, shotcrete and fiberglass — plus spas, decks, screen enclosures and equipment packages.

I'm not in Florida. Does that matter?

Scope, equipment and payment structure read the same anywhere. Where something depends on your state's rules, I'll point you to where to check it.

Why $595?

Because I spend real time on your bids — reading every line, writing up what's missing, and walking you through it live. On a purchase that size, one item caught before you sign is usually worth more than the review. One flat price, no upsells, no commission from any builder.

Will you talk to my builder?

No. I work for you. You get the questions; you decide how to use them.
