No. Everything here is about buying one well — from whoever you choose. I'm paid by you, not by a builder.
Do you work outside Florida?
Yes. Scope, equipment and payment schedules read the same everywhere. Anything that depends on your state's rules, I'll tell you where to look it up.
Is a bid review legal advice?
No. I review scope, pricing structure and construction terms as a contractor. For the legal terms of a contract, have an attorney in your state read it.
