Contractor Josh ("we," "us") runs contractorjosh.com and the Contractor Josh social media accounts. This policy explains what information we collect and what we do with it.

What you give us. When you request a free guide or resource, we collect your name and email address.
Social media interactions. If you comment on one of our posts or message us on Facebook or Instagram, we receive your public profile name, your comment or message, and an ID the platform assigns to your account. We use this to reply to you and send the resource you asked for.
Basic website data. Like most websites, our pages may use cookies and collect standard technical information (browser type, pages visited, approximate location from IP address) to keep the site working and understand how it's used.

We use trusted service providers to run our website, forms, and email, including HighLevel (LeadConnector), and the social platforms themselves (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest). They process information only to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you're subscribed or until you ask us to delete it.

Unsubscribe from emails anytime using the link in any email.
Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we'll honor valid requests.

Data deletion (Facebook and Instagram users)

To have us delete information received through Facebook or Instagram, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" and the name on your account. We'll confirm when it's done.

Our content is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

International visitors

Our services are run from the United States. If you're outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S.
